Viewership for “RAW” Drops From the Previous Week on June 29
Weekly reports from ShowBuzzDaily.com show that the viewership for “RAW” dropped from the previous week during the June 29 episode. The event took place in Washington D.C., and featured a match of the year candidate with Cesaro facing John Cena for the United States Championship, as well as a Seth Rollins and Kane vs. Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns main event.
Monday’s episode of “Monday Night Raw” drew 3.46 million viewers, bringing in less eyes that the previous week. The June 22 edition saw 3.670 million viewers.
The first hour, which saw The United Authority celebrate their beatdown of Brock Lesnar, who was not featured during this episode, drew 3.362 million viewers. The second hour, which included the Cena vs. Cesaro match that stole the show, along with Kevin Owens’ fantastic commentary during the bout, saw a rise in viewers to 3.544 million viewers.
The final hour, which featured a main event No DQ Tag Team Match between WWE World Heavyweight Champion Rollins and Kane vs. Ambrose and Reigns drew 3.482 million viewers. “RAW” was the No. 3 ranked Cable show on June 29, falling behind “Street Outlaws” and “Love & Hip-Hop.” This episode saw the flagship program’s lowest audience of the year so far.
