New reports have provided an update on WWe’s official book covering the Undertaker’s career, which is set to be released soon. According to PWInsider.com, Kevin Sullivan is set to write the piece on the history of the Deadman.
It was previously believed that the book may document more of the life of the man behind the Phenom, Mark Calaway. However, the new report from PWInsider.com claims that the book will only cover the career of the character of The Undertaker and will not be an in-depth look at Calaway.
Recently, it was reported that Undertaker’s current superstar contract with WWE is coming to an end soon. While he’ll no longer be under a multi-year deal with the company, it’s believed that he’ll continue to sign on to appear at WrestleMania and other events such as comic-con appearances as he wishes.
Undertaker is set to appear at Wizard World Comic-Con conferences for the company soon, and is expected to compete at WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, Texas on April 3, 2016. It’s assumed that ‘Taker will face Sting at the event, and one or both superstars may be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame the very same weekend.
Editor’s Note:
I don’t know if we’ll see any sort of behind-the-scenes documentary on Calaway, via DVD/Blu-Ray or script until he completely retires, unfortunately.
