Following his return to WWE television during the July 13 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” Stardust vs. Green Arrow at “SummerSlam” seems to be back on the table, although nothing has yet been confirmed. As previously reported, Stardust vs. Stephen Amell, who plays The Green Arrow in the popular television show “Arrow” was something WWE was planning for the August WWE Pay-Per-View prior to the passing of WWE Hall of Famer “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.
Plans were then seemingly scrapped following Rhodes passing away, as WWE questioned how they would use his son Stardust on TV. Amell then began bickering back-and-forth with former Intercontinental Champion The Miz, hinting towards a possible match with him at “SummerSlam.”
However, after returning to WWE TV during “RAW,” defeating Neville with a roll-up, Stardust sent Amell a message, which teases that the program may not be scrapped at all. He tweeted out the following image with the caption, “Attn: @Amellywood,” which is Amell’s Twitter handle.

He had previously tweeted out a quote from his father “The American Dream” before his return, which said, “…finish what you start kid…” before making his return to “RAW,” teasing that he was going to pick-up where he left off. While long-term plans for Stardust haven’t yet been solidified by WWE management, it seems as if he will be sticking with his current gimmick for the time being.
