Rumors and speculation surrounding Adam Rose possibly joining The Wyatt Family has run rampant recently. As previously reported, WWE may be adding a new member to Bray Wyatt’s cult-like “Family” faction due to the injury that Erick Rowan sustained last month.
WWE had planned on bringing back both Rowan and Luke Harper to Wyatt’s fold in order to set up a six-man tag team match at WWE “SummerSlam” on Aug. 23. The bout was originally planned to be The Wyatt Family vs. Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and former WCW and TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Sting.
With plans still intact for Ambrose, Reigns, and Sting to face three members of The Wyatt Family, WWE is going to have to introduce a new member to the fearsome stable. However, no one could have foreseen what may happen in upcoming weeks on WWE television.
Rose, who has struggled to connect with fans since his initial debut on the main roster, was featured heavily during an ESPN special about WWE’s developmental territory, NXT. Before playing the character of Rose, Raymond Leppan went by the name of Leo Kruger in NXT, who’s character was a far cry from the look and presentation of Rose.
Fans, getting to see the amazing family man Leppan is off-camera, began to clammer for a change to Rose’s presentation. Rose had made a heel turn prior to the special airing, and was paired as a make-out partner to Rosa, which just wasn’t believable after seeing him so vulnerable and likable with his family and loving wife during the ESPN special.
Leppan has been teasing a return to Kruger through social media as of late, with his latest post, seemingly coming from Rose’s point-of-view, possibly being a goodbye from the character. He writes,

If Kruger is selected to be the man added to The Wyatt Family, a dark side of Leppan that WWE fans have never seen on the main roster may be arriving behind the buzzards quicker than we think.
Editor’s Note:
Kruger would be a great addition to the Family. Leppan REALLY needs something to work, or it’s “ta, ta” to his WWE contract soon, unfortunately.
