According to reports and Social Media activity, former WWE Women’s, and Diva’s, Champion Mickie James is interested in a return to WWE. James is returning to the ring on Nov. 30, which will be the first time since giving birth to her child in September.
Following James’ departure from TNA Wrestling earlier in the year, she visited the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, acting as a “coach for the day.” Many of the female NXT superstars praised James’ interaction with them, especially on Twitter.
Recently, James has been retweeting many, if not all, fans petitioning for her return to WWE as soon as she can. She also shared fan sentiment in regards to James’ country music career, which began soon after her initial departure from WWE in 2010.
@MickieJames If you return to the E (Fingers Crossed), I hope you’re still gonna release albums. #Rockstar #MickieJagger ????????????

According to rumor, one of the reasons James left WWE to begin with in 2010 was because she wanted to pursue music outside of the WWE bubble, which didn’t work out for neither the company nor her. James left and signed with TNA Wrestling, all the while kicking off a decent Country career, releasing multiple albums over the last four years. James’ claims that she will be, “working on,” coming back to WWE to “save” the Divas division from the likes of Divas Champion AJ Lee, Paige, Alicia Foxx, and more.
I’ll work on it! ?????????????? “@teamstratus1: @MickieJames tbh needs to come back to WWE, make everyone happy and save the divas division.” — Mickie James (@MickieJames) October 24, 2014
James will be facing WWE Hall of Famer Tully Blanchard’s daughter, Tessa Blanchard, during her return to the ring. The match will take place on Nov. 30 as part of the “Queens of Combat” event in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
