Details on Why Daniel Bryan is Slated to Appear at WWE “Elimination Chamber”
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan is set to make an appearance at WWE‘s “Elimination Chamber” Pay-Per-View event on May 31. His role for the show was announced during the May 25 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” and he will be featured during a “MizTV” segment with the returning Miz during the PPV’s “Elimination Chamber Kick-Off Show.”
Bryan recently surrendered the WWE Intercontinental Championship due to injury, although no one is revealing just what type (or how serious) of an injury it really is. Rumors from backstage have claimed that Bryan’s injury is very serious, even to the point where some doctors do not think he should ever wrestle again.
Bryan himself did say that doctor’s has said he may not be able to wrestle again while he was relinquishing the IC strap, however no one outside of those intimately close to Bryan truly know what he’s dealing with. He may open up more about his injury and rehabilitation during the “MizTV” segment on May 31.
However, WWE may have only wanted Bryan to appear on the show to promote his upcoming WWE Blu-Ray and DVD set, “Just Say Yes, Yes, Yes!” A preview of the home video ran immediately following the May 25 edition of “RAW” on the WWE Network, also solidifying that WWE wants to plug this video a lot in hopes of selling the maximum amount of copies that they can.
Bryan will appear on “MizTV,” prior to “Elimination Chamber,” but expect more plugs for his “Just Say Yes, Yes, Yes!” video, which is set to be released in stores on June 2, than any revealing information regarding the condition of his health. WrestlingRumors.net continues to wish Bryan a full and speedy recovery.
Editor’s Note:
Wow. So…I guess will see a heavy plug and get NOTHING more about his injury, huh?
