In recent Twitter posts, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Chyna says she’d love to go into the WWE Hall of Fame, either as an individual, or with the group Degeneration X. The topic became relevant on Feb. 2 when Triple H discussed why Chyna may not going into the WWE Hall of Fame anytime soon during a live edition of “The Steve Austin Show” on the WWE Network.
“Stone Cold” Steve Austin broached the subject during the live podcast, asking Triple H about Chyna, and whether or not she deserves to go into the WWE Hall of Fame. Triple H responded with a two-sided answer, saying that while she changed the business, and definitely deserves to be in the Hall, it’s a tough decision to make because of what she has done following her run in World Wrestling Entertainment.
While Triple H did not flat out say that Chyna’s stint in pornography is the reason the company will not induct her, he did say that the decision is tough because if an eight year-old sees a video package announcing that she is going in, he may search “Chyna” on the Internet, and he may see things that he doesn’t need to, and it would look bad both for her and the company.
Chyna, who possibly didn’t hear the podcast before responding on Twitter, used Social Media to say that she has contacted WWE multiple times over the last few years, and has never gotten a response. She tweeted the following,
Wow. I just put my Twitter on and I have all of these messages. Never been a trending topic before.

I understand that the question was asked why am I not in the HOF? I have my reason as to why however, let me make this clear. — Chyna (@ChynatheIcon) February 3, 2015
If the WWE was ever to say that I was going to be inducted, either as part of the groundbreaking DX or as an individual

Well, my answer would be what a friend of mine us to say in the ring, O HELL YEAH! — Chyna (@ChynatheIcon) February 3, 2015
It just want to take a minute and thank all of the fans that keep my name out there. You have no idea what it means to me. I love you all.

Whether Chyna will ever be invited to be a part of WWE again is yet to be seen, but stranger things have happened. Just use Bruno Sammartino and The Ultimate Warrior as examples of people that WWE had written off, yet mended fences with over the last couple of years.
Editor’s Note:
I’m guessing nudity is fine, hence WWE promoting Sable, Chyna, Torrie Wilson, Maria, Candice Michelle, and others being in Playboy, but hardcore porn is a no no. KIND of a double standard. I would LOVE to hear Stephanie McMahon’s actual thoughts on Chyna being involved with the company again…because I bet she may have some thoughts on the manner.
