It had been previously reported that WWE was trying to bring in the best female talent in the world, with the recent signings of Heidi Lovelace, Kimber Lee and Evie.

This trend seems to be continuing today.

According to a new report from Squared Circle Sirens, the company has signed independent professional wrestler Andrea to a developmental deal. Although the exact date is unknown at this time, she will be reporting to the performance center in the near future.

Andrea appeared in TNA in 2010, using the Rosie Lottalove. However, her time with the company did not last long, as she only wrestled a total of three matches.

After competing in World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana in Japan in 2011-12, she would announce her retirement via twitter in June 2012.

However, after losing over 120 pounds, Andrea came out of retirement and attended a WWE tryout camp in June 2015. She would lose to Emma at the October 22 series of NXT tapings.

Editor’s Note:

I have to be honest, I don’t know very much about Andrea at all. However, she wouldn’t have been given the opportunity to compete under the WWE banner if she didn’t know what she was doing, so I’m looking forward to seeing where her career goes!
