10. The Wrestling World Says Goodbye

Each year, the world is always saddened by the passing of certain celebrities that we felt a connection with. The wrestling world is no different, as we had to say goodbye to several legends that brought smiles to our faces for many years.

I think it is safe to say that every member of the WWE Universe was shocked and saddened by the passing of both “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, and “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes. Both men gave it their all every time that they stepped foot in the ring, and continued to provide unique and entertaining promos long after their time inside the squared circle was over.

Most importantly, however, is that they were terrific human beings who cared about everyone that they came in contact with. Their work behind the scenes has been well documented, and their legacy will be felt for generations to come by both wrestling fans and performers.

Rest In Peace, gentlemen. Thanks so much for the memories.
