It has been previously reported that Kenny Omega is leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling to take his talents elsewhere in the world. It has also been rumored that he is considering coming to WWE after being made a very good offer.

However, the One-Winged Angel might not be getting everything that he desires.

According to the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radiorumors were running rampant that the offer that WWE made to Omega included creative control of his contract. However, Dave Meltzer is reporting that this is not the case and that the rumor is false.

You can see a video of Omega’s entrance at Wrestle Kingdom 13 below:

Omega recently competed at Wrestle Kingdom 13, where he lost the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to Hiroshi Tanahashi in the main event.

Editor’s Opinion:

I’m not surprised at all that WWE isn’t giving him creative control, should he decide to come aboard. Vince McMahon has always wanted to be in control of what happens with his company, and we have seen in the past how giving creative control to the superstars has been a disaster in other promotions.
