According to a report from PWInsider, TNA has prepared another “Final Deletion” match that will be airing soon on “Impact” Wrestling. The match will feature the team of Broken Matt Hardy and Brother Nero (Jeff Hardy) vs. Decay, Abyss, and Crazzy Steve, and will be known as “Delete or Decay.”
The original “Final Deletion” was a match between Broken Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy, which was filmed at Broken Matt’s compound in Cameron, North Carolina. It has been one of the most talked about matches of 2016, and featured some absolutely bizarre moments. Some examples include Jeff performing the Swanton Bomb off of a tree onto Matt in the ring, Matt shooting fireworks at Jeff while he hid behind a boat, the emergence of Jeff out of a body of water in a “Willow” garb, Jeff missing a Swanton off of a flaming cross, and much more.
“Final Deletion II” was recently filmed over the course of a few days at Matt’s compound. TNA has apparently upped the budget that they allocated for the first “Final Deletion,” as the ratings for the show in which it aired, were the highest since the debut of “Impact” Wrestling on POP TV earlier this year.

Editor’s Note:
I must admit that while I was sour on this match at first, I am now completely sold on the Broken Matt Hardy character. The way that he uses and mixes up words, his pronunciation, and his interaction with Brother Nero is absolutely brilliant. I just hope that the new “Final Deletion” lives up to the hype, and that TNA isn’t simply trying to garner more attention by going to the well one more time.
