Well, now we know what’s up.

R-Truth made his return to in-ring competition this past week on Smackdown Live, where he lost in a quick squash match to Samoa Joe.

But where has he been? And why has he been out of action for so long?

According to a new article on WWE.com, the reason for Truth’s absence was because he had to undergo two shoulder surgeries.

Even though he was sent to Smackdown Live in the Superstar Shakeup, his last full wrestling match was against Elias on the August 21, 2017 episode of Raw.

I have always enjoyed this guy and think that he is incredibly entertaining. Although he will more than likely never be the WWE Champion, he is a gifted athlete who is good at making people look fantastic. I’m always glad to see him around, and glad that he is doing better! And that’s WHAT’S UP!!
