Last night on “Monday Night Raw,” Seth Rollins was cutting a promo about Finn Bálor, and said that the Demon King wouldn’t show up to confront him.

However, apparently one of the spectators in attendance thought Rollins might have been talking to him.

A fan, 23-year old Edward Ferraro, jumped the barricade and got in Rollins’ face, while he was speaking in the ring. Ferraro was quickly tackled and escorted away from the ring area by the security in attendance. He has since been charged with assault and criminal trespassing, according to a report from TMZ.

In addition to storming the ring, Ferraro apparently bit one of the security guards as he was being detained. Fortunately, the guard did not require medical attention.

Social media blew up after the incident, as people posted that they saw this man outside of the arena before the show, and he appeared to be unstable.

Another fan caught the incident on video, and you can view it below:

Editor’s Note:

I hate when this sort of thing happens. Not only is it dangerous to the performers that are entertaining the crowd, but it ruins the atmosphere that is being presented, whether it is a match or a promo. Kudos to the security team who quickly apprehended the individual and took him away before the situation escalated.
