According to a report from Brett Okamoto of ESPN, a jury has ruled in favor of CM Punk and Colt Cabana in his civil lawsuit against WWE and Dr. Chris Amann. This is after Amann was seeking $1 million in damages for defamation during an episode of Cabana’s The Art of Wrestling podcast in 2014.

The WWE doctor had been seeking in excess of $1 million, claiming CM Punk and Colt Cabana defamed him during a podcast in 2014.

According to a report from WrestleZone, Cabana appeared to be very relieved. Punk & his wife, AJ were in a tight embrace and crying, while Amann was staring off blankly.

He is currently schedule to face Mike Jackson in the Octagon at UFC 225 on Sunday. It will be his first match in MMA since losing to Mickey Gall at UFC 203 in September 2016.
