Sometimes things get really tense. Last night, WWE presented NXT Takeover: Phoenix, which was an exciting night of wrestling action from some of the brightest young talent that the company has to offer. However, the action didn’t stop when the show went off the air.
As first reported on Triple H’s post-show interview with Cathy Kelley, a brawl broke out between several of the NXT’s top stars.
The Velveteen Dream come out to confront Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa, who were standing on the top of the ramp to end the show. After Adam Cole then came out to step up to Dream and Gargano, Ricochet and Aleister Black came out next, leading to a huge brawl on the stage.
They fought all the way back into the Gorilla Position until Triple H got in between them and broke it up.

Editor’s Opinion:
I love this. While The Velveteen Dream and Adam Cole were not on the card, they are still two of the most over superstars in NXT. This was a great way to have them included on the show, as well as lead to future storylines down the road.
