Confirmed via WWE.com, the WWE Tag Team Championship will be on the line this Sunday during the Royal Rumble Pre-Show as Cody Rhodes and Goldust defend against The New Age Outlaws.

We here at WrestlingRumors.net reported last week that Road Dogg Jesse James and Billy Gunn were set to challenge the champions at the PPV, and possibly even be a mainstay on television for the foreseeable future.

The Outlaws defeated the champions this past Friday night on SmackDown after Vickie Guerrero came out to remind all four competitors that it’s going to be every man for himself in the Royal Rumble match.

You can catch the live Royal Rumble Pre-Show live on Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT, live on WWE.com, the WWE App, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Samsung Smart TVs, Xbox, Sony PS3, Pinterest and Pheed.
