In a story initially reported by Wrestlezone.com, WWE management held a talent meeting this past week that rubbed several superstars the wrong way.

WWE Talent Relations instituted a dress code, which as WZ notes, “is a sore subject with the talent considering the brutal schedule they’ve been on.”

Fines will be handed out to anyone who doesn’t follow the guidelines of the code.

Superstars were also told that there will be zero tolerance for anyone who shows up for a “Monday Night Raw” or “Friday Night SmackDown” after the designated call times.

Those aforementioned times are usually 2 p.m. eastern time on Monday’s and 2 p.m. local time for all “SmackDown” tapings.

With all of these new rules being put in place, as well as checks for WrestleMania XXX and video game payments having not gone out, one source tells WZ that WWE talent is “jittery” to say the least.

Editor’s Note

A dress code isn’t the worst thing in the world. Several big sports leagues in North America have dress codes. Just don’t look like a bum and you’ll be fine. However, if the morale of the talent is taking a hit because of it, that’s something to take note of.
