It was first revealed on the afternoon of March 6 that Bill DeMott would be stepping down as the head trainer of NXT developmental for World Wrestling Entertainment.
He announced his departure through his official Twitter account, stating how he didn’t want to cause the company any more embarrassment after a series of allegations concerning his treatment of trainees.

PWInsider.com is now reporting that Matt “Jason Albert” Bloom will be taking over DeMott’s responsibilities for the time being.
Bloom retired from in-ring competition on Aug. 7 of last year to become a full-time trainer at WWE’s Performance Center. He’s also done commentary for the brand under the name Jason Albert.
His in-ring resume includes stints as Prince Albert, A-Train and Tensai.

Solid pick. Kip “Billy Gunn” Sopp would have also been a sound choice. Frankly, anyone with a good head on their shoulders and the passion to teach kids how to wrestle and become superstars properly will be light years better than DeMott, considering the disheartening allegations made about his style.
