While simply in a managerial role at the moment, WWE Diva Lana had plans to step inside the squared circle as an active competitor, with her first match coming as early as the “Night of Champions” pay-per-view.
Unfortunately, her inevitable in-ring debut may not come for another four months, as WWE.com announced Monday that the “Ravishing Russian” has injured her wrist during a training session in the ring.
Lana has since posted the following image on her Instagram account with her first comments since the discouraging announcement:
Per WWE senior physician Scott Amann: “We obtained X-rays which showed a Colles’ fracture and [we put her] in a splint. Most of these Colles’ fractures do better surgically than non-surgically, especially in younger patients. Most likely this will require an operation, which will take her out of active competition for approximately four months.”

Poor Lana. Get well soon!
