Phil “CM Punk” Brooks participated in an autograph session at Challengers Comics in Chicago on Feb. 28 to promote Thor Annual #1.

Per PWInsider.com, a camera crew was present at the event to shoot footage.

There was reportedly a sign in the building informing fans that they agreed to be used in a documentary by taking part.

They were also asked to sign a release form allowing permission.

While not yet confirmed, the documentary is believed to be about Brooks’ transition from World Wrestling Entertainment to the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

WWE produced a documentary in 2012 on Punk’s time with the company called “CM Punk: Best In The World” that remains one of their more highly-acclaimed pieces to-date.

Editor’s Note

Interesting. It’s not known whether Brooks himself is behind the idea of filming a documentary, but nonetheless, this should be a compelling watch once it’s completed.
