Current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey made a surprise in-ring appearance at WrestleMania 31 on March 29.
During a segment featuring Stephanie McMahon, Triple H and a returning Rock, Rousey gave a hip toss to HHH and held onto the arm of Stephanie before eventually releasing her.
UFC President Dana White took to Twitter to offer his thoughts on Rousey’s appearance:

Chamatkar Sandhu, an MMA reporter for MMA Junkie and USA Today, noted on Twitter via his sources that UFC was completely unaware that Rousey would be appearing on the show:
I can confirm with very reliable sources the UFC did not know anything about Ronda Rousey stepping into the WWE ring tonight at WrestleMania

There’s no word yet on whether Rousey will be working with the company in some capacity moving forward.
Editor’s Note
The Rock and Ronda Rousey vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 32? Please? Make it happen, WWE. Rousey is arguably the biggest star in Mixed Martial Arts at the moment. It’s time to further capitalize on her popularity before her undefeated streak comes to an end, if it ever does.
