As an exclusive for the WWE Network, Chris Jericho will be hosting his podcast on April 6 with special guest John Cena following “Monday Night Raw.”
WWE is referring to the show as “Chris Jericho’s Podcast” and not “Talk is Jericho.”
This will be the third time a podcast has aired on the WWE Network. The first two came from “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s “The Steve Austin Show” with guests Vince McMahon and Triple H.
Jericho has quite the storied history with Cena, who won his first World Heavyweight Championship from Y2J at WWE “Survivor Series” on Nov. 23, 2008.
Cena recently won the WWE United States Championship at WrestleMania 31 from Rusev, handing the former champion his first pinfall loss with the company on March 29 at Levi’s Stadium.
It’s his first reign as United States Champion since winning the gold over 10 years ago at WrestleMania 20 in New York.
Editor’s Note
I’m not sure how far Cena will go out of his comfort zone with Jericho. Vince and Hunter had a lot of tough questions directed their way from Austin. I don’t think Jericho is going to push Cena with any hard-hitting Q&A. I could be wrong, though. I hope I am. Time to open up, John.
