In less than 24 hours, Cesaro has gone from being a member of The Real Americans to now being associated with Paul Heyman.
During an in-ring segment on the April 7 edition of “Monday Night RAW,” WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan presented Cesaro with a trophy for being the winner of the first-ever Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXX.
Zeb Colter, who appeared visibly upset, began running down his former ally for not actually being from the United States, despite bringing him into the fold and eventually turning him into a “Zeb Colter guy.”
Cesaro then grabbed the microphone from Colter, declaring that he was never really a “Zeb Colter guy.” He was in fact a “Paul Heyman guy.”

After Heyman joined the discussion, Jack Swagger proceeded to jump Cesaro from behind, leading to an impromptu match.
Cesaro emerged victorious with a count-win after Swagger and Colter scurried to the back.
Editor’s Note
Being paired up with Paul Heyman can only mean good things for the career of Cesaro. Now that his partnership as member of The Real Americans is officially over, the “King of Swing” can ride solo and become a true main event player in the WWE. It will be interesting to see what kind of reactions the Swiss Superman receives from live crowds moving forward. Will his relationship with Heyman cause fans to see him as a full-fledged heel, or can he push that to the side and continue getting himself over with the WWE Universe? I’ll take the latter.
