According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been no talk on TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles re-signing with TNA. However, he will likely be with the company past the month of December due to his current storyline of leaving TNA with its top prize.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter is also reporting that WWE made an offer to Styles. Although, the offer was reportedly just one-fifth of the money that he was currently making with TNA. Due to that, it is believed that Styles could have never taken the offer. With Styles still being TNA talent, the plan is for him to be off TNA programming while he defends his TNA World Heavyweight Championship globally at a wide variety of promotions.
