Sadly, The Ultimate Warrior tragically passed away on April 8, 2014. While the tragedy is certainly difficult for some fans and friends of Warrior’s in WWE, it is most difficult for Warrior’s widow, Dana, and their two daughters, Mattigan and Indiana.

In a recent report by TMZ.com, it is revealed that WWE has been sending special help to Dana in these troubling times. In fact, the company sent two senior officials over to Arizona, in order to be around and help Dana while she copes. The website also notes that this happened almost immediately after Warrior’s untimely passing.

During Warrior’s speech at the WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony, he spoke fondly of his wife and even brought up both of his daughters to the stage.

Once again, WrestlingRumors.net extends our deepest condolences to Dana, Mattigan, and Indiana in these difficult times.

Editor’s Note

This is a very classy move by WWE, having two senior officials leave their busy jobs to aid Dana with her everyday life. I also believe this speaks volumes to how much Warrior meant to the company, as I’m sure this isn’t something the company can do for its ordinary talent.
