As we previously reported, Rey Mysterio will wait for his knee to strengthen before returning to WWE. This will likely keep the high-flyer out of action until 2014. According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE COO Triple H has not been quick to rush Mysterio back to in-ring action. In fact, “The King of Kings” has treated Mysterio very well and has put zero pressure on him.

This will likely be a huge relief for Mysterio as previous experiences with injuries have not been too kind to him. Unlike past experiences with both WCW and WWE that put an enormous amount of pressure on Mysterio to return, this time around things will be much more easygoing for the former WWE Champion.
