As seen during the past two weeks of WWE programming, Evolution has reunited in WWE. The group’s reformation included three of its core members in Triple H, Batista, and Randy Orton. However, its mentor,”Nature Boy” Ric Flair, was not part of the group’s reformation on the April 14 edition of “Monday Night Raw.”
Previous reports have stated that Ric Flair may very well be utilized more often on WWE programming during 2014. Now, it appears that Flair will be reappearing for WWE on the April 28 edition of “Monday Night Raw.” PWInsider is reporting that Flair will indeed be on the program next week, taking place in St. Louis, Mo. Flair is just the latest addition to what will likely be a star-studded show, as actor Hugh Jackman has been confirmed to appear.
While many presume that Flair will enter the storyline between Evolution and The Shield, that may very well not be the case. In its report, PWInsider notes that as of two weeks ago, plans called for Flair to not be involved in Evolution’s reformation.
Editor’s Note
Even if Flair does not become a factor in Evolution’s reformation, “Monday Night Raw” will be much better with him. I definitely expect Flair to rejoin his fellow comrades in Evolution. If he does not, I still expect Flair to make some sort of acknowledgement of it, possibly in a backstage segment.
