John Cena Faces a Lawsuit

According to a report by TMZ, WWE superstar John Cena is being sued by a construction worker for $15,000. The worker, named Dale Ducharme is claiming that he was injured while working on Cena’s house in 2010.

Ducharme says that he fell off scaffolding, and states that it was defective and dangerous. He goes on to say that the injury that he suffered hurt him so bad that he has been unable to work since then, and that is why he has decided to file a lawsuit against Cena. As of now, there has been no comments from Cena or his representation team.
