WWE is currently on its WrestleMania Revenge Tour, which makes numerous stops across the United Kingdom. Since the now annual tour was announced, the one and only Hulk Hogan was advertised to appear on the tour. On the website for The O2, the location of the “Monday Night Raw” and “Smackdown” tapings for the tour, Hogan is only advertised for “Smackdown.”
In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the newsletter is reporting that Hogan is indeed not being advertised to appear on “Monday Night Raw.” However, since Hogan will be appearing at the same location the next night, it is noted that he may appear on both “Monday Night Raw” and “Smackdown.”
Following his role as the special guest host for WrestleMania XXX, Hulk Hogan has only appeared on the 2014 post-WrestleMania edition of “Monday Night Raw.” On the episode, Hogan awarded Cesaro a trophy for winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at the “Show of Shows.” During this same segment, Cesaro left his former manager Zeb Colter, only to align with Paul Heyman, becoming the newest “Paul Heyman Guy.”
Editor’s Note
Although he is not advertised to appear, it would not surprise me to see Hogan next Monday. The show will be taped, so if a Hogan appearance is known beforehand, WWE may be able to draw in more viewers.
