PWInsider is reporting that WWE superstar Evan Bourne may finally be able to return to in-ring action. According to their report, the high-flyer is expected to return to a WWE ring in the next four to six weeks. However, he will begin by working WWE Live Events in order to make sure he’s at his best when he returns to television.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion has been sidelined since March of 2012 due to an automobile accident. Bourne was involved in a car crash which resulted in a broken foot. His foot was broken in four different places and dislocated in five. Although Bourne worked a NXT live event in March of 2013, a year after his injury, Bourne did not go any further in returning to WWE programming.
