Backstage Information Regarding Daniel Bryan’s WrestleMania Push

On the most recent edition of “Monday Night Raw,” Daniel Bryan’s “Occupy Raw” movement worked perfectly. Bryan got his match with Triple H at WrestleMania and if he wins, he will be inserted into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. As we previously reported, much of the segment was meant to be a dig at CM Punk, who walked out on WWE.

PWInsider recently published a report regarding the matter. In its report, the website stated that when CM Punk first walked out on WWE, Daniel Bryan vs. Triple H at WrestleMania XXX began being discussed as a possible match. At that time, many people in the company believed that Bryan would not be pushed going forward. However, the website noted that something has changed in the recent weeks, and the change was CM Punk deciding to not return to WWE.

Additionally, the report gave more information regarding what the segment meant in regards to CM Punk. Within WWE, it is insinuated that the “Yes Movement,” in addition to the verbiage used in the segment was supposed to represent a “middle finger” to Punk. The underlying meaning of the segment was a message to Punk that he could have been Bryan in the segment, but now it won’t be him.

The report also noted that many people within WWE have lost their patience with Punk. At first, many were silent and patient regarding the matter. However, now, many people have changed their opinions and are now upset that Punk won’t return and appear at WrestleMania XXX.
