In recent years, we’ve seen WWE debut several NXT stars on the main roster the night after WrestleMania, and it looks like they’ll be doing more of the same this year. However, fans will probably be displeased with who is scheduled to be called up after this year’s show in Orlando.

At the latest NXT tapings, Elias Samson lost to Kassius Ohno in a loser leaves NXT match, and, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that means that The Drifter will debut on Raw following WrestleMania 33.

“Yeah, the big debut is gonna be Elias Samson on the Raw after WrestleMania. I’m sure he won’t be the only one. He will get a big reaction and he will get booed. I could see him being another Fandango. We’ll see.”

Elias Samson returns to NXT: WWE NXT, Nov. 16, 2016

Samson is one of the most hated superstars down in NXT, so the post-WrestleMania Raw crowd will absolutely boo him when he debuts on the main roster.
