On Tuesday, Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that WWE has offered both Jeff and Matt Hardy contracts, and that all signs seem to be pointing to their eventual return to the company.

The one question everyone has been asking is: will wee see the Hardys at WrestleMania in some form? We probably won’t know the answer until sometime next week, but it is possible, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. In fact, the might even have a match, and walk out of the event as the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions.

“A Jason Jordan & Chad Gable vs. Usos match hasn’t been announced, but on the 3/21 Smackdown show in Uncasville, CT, the Usos won the titles and all signs pointed to them defending on the card,” said Meltzer in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. “It could and probably should be a regular tag match, because adding others would only water things down, but there is the attempt to get as many people as possible onto the show. Perhaps it could be a surprise appearance by the Hardys which would explain the title change coming out of nowhere, although the Hardys are doing independent dates through the end of April.”
