On Sunday night, following WWE’s United Kingdom tournament, Triple H tweeted a photo of him boarding a plane, with a caption that read “back to the USA for Raw.” You can check out the tweet below.

The Game’s tweet got everyone thinking that he was finally going to return to WWE television, and confront Seth Rollins. But, as most of you probably already know by now, he didn’t show up.

According to Cageside Seats, Triple H’s tweet had two purposes: one, he wanted to get people thinking that he was going to show up on Monday’s Raw, and two, he wants to hype up his return, which could happen any week now.

In recent weeks, WWE has shaken up the WrestleMania 33 card. But, one match that has remained untouched is the Seth Rollins vs. Triple H match.

There’s a chance that The Game will show up as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match on January 29, but WWE did use him as one of their annual surprise entrants last year, and they may not want to do the same thing two years in a row.
