Big Name Gets Added To The Royal Rumble

Tonight’s Raw will be the red brand’s final show before this Sunday’s Royal Rumble, and a lot more names will likely get added to the Rumble match. In fact, one name has already been added, as WWE.com announced that the Big Show is the latest superstar to enter the Royal Rumble match.

Big Show hasn’t been seen on WWE television very much over the last year or so, and it looks like his in-ring career is coming to an end at some point in the near future. He’s currently scheduled to wrestle NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal at WrestleMania 33, which could be his retirement match.

Despite the fact that he’s never won a Royal Rumble in his career, WWE always treats the Big Show like he’s the odds on favorite to win the match because of his size. Expect them to do no different this year.

Tonight’s Raw will take place at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, and you should expect the Big Show to be there so WWE can announce that he’ll be in their annual 30-man match on television.
