WWE Is Considering Making Dana Brooke & Eva Marie A Duo After Emma’s Injury

Emma’s back injury was a worst case scenario for her career. That also forced WWE to call an audible when it came to Dana Brooke because they had just called her up from NXT.

However, Brooke has been doing well on the main roster thus far. Most of the “callups” from NXT have a cult following of sorts. A lot of the WWE Universe already knows them when they arrive.

The interesting thing about Dana’s run in NXT is she had a lot more to accomplish. Regardless, the powers that be made the decision to bring her to Raw and SmackDown and she’s been getting a steady push by getting clean wins over Becky Lynch and Paige. That’s a big deal.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, there is some talk about still wanting Dana Brooke to have a partner.

WWE has also brought up Eva Marie despite having a lot more to accomplish in NXT, but WWE officials are discussing pairing Brooke and Marie together as a duo.

Frankly, they’re both a similar kind of heel character that could form a strong duo with a lot of heel heat, especially against women like Becky Lynch, Natalya, or Sasha Banks.
