Last week, Roman Reigns became the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and will most likely remain WWE’s champion into 2016. However, 2015 should be remembered as the year of Rollins.

The former WWE Champion Seth Rollins never officially lost the championship and is sure to be an argument Rollins will make when he returns to WWE television. Although, Rollins is out of action six to nine months as of November, his return to WWE could be much sooner than anticipated.

According to Wrestlezone.com, Seth Rollins is being advertised on the official Target Center website for Monday Night Raw in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

An appearance from Rollins during WWE’s 2015 Slammy Awards isn’t confirmed as of this writing, but there is some speculation that Seth could make an appearance to update the WWE Universe on his recovery.

Seth’s home state of Iowa isn’t far, and it isn’t out of the question for him to make an appearance very similar to the one Roman Reigns made last year during his recovery from his hernia injury.

Rollins is expected to receive a drastic character shift when he returns to WWE television. The injury has provided him with sympathy from the WWE Universe and forced the WWE fans to acknowledge his talent and great run over the last two years.

An update and a face reaction for Rollins now may make it easier for him in the long run.
