Rumor: Shane McMahon Causing Backstage Issues Between Triple H and Vince McMahon

In the past, there have been rumors about Triple H and Vince McMahon disagreeing on certain issues. For example, there was a rumor a few months ago that they had a disagreement with bringing Finn Balor to the main roster.

Shane McMahon recently returned to WWE, and although he is set to face The Undertaker at Wrestlemania in the Hell in a Cell, it is a mystery what he will be doing backstage after April 3rd.

According to The Wrestling Observer, there are rumors of Shane causing some issues between The Game and Vince because it’s still unclear what his role will be in the company behind the scenes.

The general feeling appears to be that if Shane does end up taking an executive role with the company, Vince will play Shane against Stephanie and Triple H, especially on WWE TV.

The core stipulation of Shane vs. Undertaker is the potential for The Authority to be thwarted and for Shane O’ Mac to become the new authority figure after Wrestlemania.

The build for the McMahon Family’s storyline going into Wrestlemania may have also changed. It’s believed that Monday Night Raw’s opening segment was rewritten not to call attention to Stephanie’s promo the week before.

The entire rift in the McMahon Family on television is that Vince will ultimately have to choose between his son and his daughter. Behind the scenes, we just don’t have enough information to know exactly what is happening.
