It’s been a tough month for the WWE locker room. Obviously, the company releasing a lot of talent is going to do some damage to moral, but good performers like Cody Rhodes leaving is just going to add fuel to the fire.
The Ryback situation still is not cleared up, but that’s going to be handled sooner rather than later and could be handled before June.
Recently, there was a rumor that even more releases were coming from WWE and the second round of releases would occur before the end of June after “Extreme Rules.”
Nothing has been announced as of this writing, but there are still rumblings of a least one more release coming before the end of the month.
The following tweet was posted by David Herro, who frequently books former WWE wrestlers on Great Lakes Championship Wrestling events:

You’d think that given the Ryback situation and the recent actions of Rhodes that WWE could effectively be done trimming the roster unless they’re going to start cutting people from the developmental system.
That’s not unheard of, but the company is clearly shaking their up on the overall roster and television. So far, there hasn’t been any word on this impacting morale in the locker room, but we’ll see if the rumored “big” name gets released over the next week.
Who do you think should be released by WWE?
