Earlier today, we posed the question, “What is next for AJ Styles?” Although we don’t have an answer, he’s not going to be left floating around in the midcard.

Last night on Monday Night Raw, AJ Styles ended the friendship with Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows and then lost a “Money in the Bank” qualifying match to Kevin Owens.

According to DailyWrestlingNews.com, WWE still has big plans for AJ Styles going forward even though he’s been losing a lot of matches.

Over the last month, he’s lost two WWE title matches to Roman Reigns, but a lot of that has to do with putting over Reigns before the return of John Cena, Seth Rollins, and others because he is clearly pivotal to WWE’s plans for the next several months.

It’s not being reported what WWE has planned for Styles going into the summer, but you’d expect those plans to involve The Club.

If Styles is out of the WWE title picture, the Intercontinental Championship is a possibility. There are also options for a feud between Styles and Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. AJ may have to get a “special” partner to even those odds.

What do you think AJ Styles will be doing this summer?
