The Best of Seven Series between Cesaro and Sheamus has had two big swings in momentum with one more match finally determining the better man at “Clash of Champions.”

Sheamus took the first three wins, and Cesaro has fought back to even the series after winning three in a row. Now, the two men will have one more match to determine who gets the “championship opportunity.”

According to a report from RingSideNews.com, a “championship opportunity” doesn’t necessarily mean the winner will be receiving a WWE Universal Championship opportunity in the near future.

That report is claiming that Cesaro or Sheamus will be getting a chance at the United States Championship after “Clash of Champions.” That means the winner of that match is dependent on Reigns vs. Rusev.

Cesaro is a face and Sheamus is a heel, but Rusev is a heel and Reigns is a face. The way those four men line up means that we’re most likely going to see Cesaro win the seventh match and the series on Sunday.

Cesaro vs. Rusev or Cesaro vs. Roman Reigns for the United States Championship are both interesting match-ups. The question is when Cesaro or Sheamus would receive their title opportunity.
