Eva Marie deserves some serious credit for training, getting better, and improving as much as she has in a short span of time. She gets a lot of unnecessary heat from a lot of fans.
Having said that, improving doesn’t mean she’s ready for the main roster. She did have matches with Bayley and Asuka, but just having decent matches with them doesn’t mean you’re ready for Raw and SmackDown.
Frankly, both women carried her during those matches and her call up to the main roster for Wrestlemania 32 was understandable to fill a specific role for the pre-show of Mania.
However, we haven’t seen her on WWE television since. She hasn’t been on NXT. She hasn’t been on Raw, or SmackDown for almost three months, which is very confusing to me.
She went down, trained, took all that crap from the Full Sail University crowd to take three months off once she made the transition to the main roster?
There is nothing wrong with being on house shows or Main Event from time to time, but I thought the entire point of getting her trained was to get her on camera?
I realize there are far better experienced and more talented women that aren’t getting on WWE television. I’m just curious what all of Eva’s work was for if she’s not even going to be on NXT?
The logic here is to get her experience on house shows, which is solid. The only problem is her heel heat is going to diminish.
If WWE waits too long, the WWE Universe will stopped booing her because they just don’t care anymore. That’s the worst case scenario. That’s the one thing Eva has that makes her a commodity.
Do you think Eva Marie deserves to be on WWE television more often?
