Yesterday, Kevin Nash had the idea of becoming Dolph Ziggler’s “Diesel” to make Ziggler almost the Shawn Michaels of this generation to help him get over. The idea has received universal acclaim thus far.
The idea may never be seen on WWE television, but Nash was one-hundred percent right about one thing: Dolph Ziggler shouldn’t be a face any longer. He’s much better off as a heel.
Back in 2013, Ziggler turned face and it was the right thing to do for his character because he had done all that he could as a heel, which got him a World Championship, but he needed to be a face to reach the next level.
I’m not blaming everyone, but Dolph never reached the echelon of WWE, and a lot of that does have to do with wasted opportunities.
After “Survivor Series” 2014, Ziggler had so much momentum that he should have been pushed to the moon, but it was held off for various reasons. Unfortunately, now he was done everything he can as a face too.
It’s not a quick fix card to just turn someone heel for an edge, but Ziggler needs the turn to attempt to bring his character back to life because he’s going to be needed on SmackDown. New life would be great for hi.
Do you think Dolph Ziggler should turn heel?
