New Divas Stable Formed During Last Night’s “Main Event”

The second Divas match for Wrestlemania was announced earlier this week. It was first announced as Alicia Fox, Brie Bella, Natalya, and Paige vs. Lana, Naomi, Tamina Snuka, and another mystery partner.

During last night’s “Main Event” show, Emma was revealed as the mystery partner and returned to the WWE main roster with Summer Rae to interfere in the match between Naomi and Paige. Lana sat at commentary and all five heels stood in the ring united.

This new “alliance” between these heels is a good idea because it’ll create some interesting pairings for the Wrestlemania feud.

However, Lana is in the center of this, and it was assumed she would be making her in-ring debut at Wrestlemania in the match, but now that this alliance has five members in a four on four matchups, she may serve as a manager rather than a wrestler.

There were questions about her in-ring skills, so leaving her out of the match and bringing Emma into the fold kills two birds with one stone and makes the match a lot better.

Emma has been a very good heel in NXT, and she’s long overdue for a spot in the Divas division and Lana could use the training before she competes at a high level like Mania. It’s possible for her to be ready by Summerslam though.
