The wrestling world was saddened to learn of the passing of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart earlier this week. This is a difficult time for the Hart Family, especially for Natalya. She missed Monday Night Raw this week. The WWE Universe wishes her well during at this time, but a lot of fans do want to know when “The Queen of Harts” will return to WWE.
Joe Peisich of Barnburner Radio’s Fired Up podcast stated Natalya will return when Raw returns to Toronto later this month. She’s expected to receive a huge ovation from WWE fans upon her return. WWE officials may wait a bit longer to turn her heel. They could also use the opportunity to Nattie’s betrayal against Ronda Rousey a lot more impactful.

Some people might not appreciate WWE using the death of her father for a storyline. It isn’t the first time WWE officials exploited a real-life event like this for television. Nattie will also need to approve any angle using her father’s memory, but the rivalry would be better off to become more personal since their “friendship” came out of nowhere on TV.
On paper, a potential heel turn in Canada for Natalya during her return would be some great heel heat for her. Her recent work as a heel on SmackDown Live never took off in a major way despite holding the Women’s Title for some time. She could create real heel heat against Rousey, but the real problem is her momentum would only be temporary.
With WWE’s booking of their women on Raw, Natalya can sustain her heat until Ronda beats her on PPV. That could be months away, but it’s highly unlikely Rousey will lose a clean match to Natalya, especially if she wins the Raw Women’s Title at Summerslam.
Do you believe Natalya’s heel turn should be canceled?
