Mick Foley Returning to WWE During Tomorrow’s Raw

Last week, a rumor came about that Mick Foley will be involved with Wrestlemania 32 in a few weeks. He will obviously be a non-wrestling role, but there are quite a few matches that could use his help.

Tomorrow night’s edition of Monday Night Raw from Pittsburgh already has confirmed that Brock Lesnar, Shane McMahon and The Undertaker will be making appearances, but now we can add “The Hardcore Legend’s” name to the list.

According to DailyWrestlingNews.com, Foley is scheduled to appear on an upcoming Raw to begin a Wrestlemania angle, but the expectation is that it’ll be tomorrow night.

As of this writing, there is little known about what Foley’s role will be. There are a lot of possibilities, including being a special guest referee in the main event of Roman Reigns vs. Triple H for the WWE title.

Foley’s history with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Vince McMahon, and The Rock add several different layers to the match and gives it an impartial referee that will be trusted by the WWE Universe and call the match down the middle.

Another option for Foley is to get involved with someone new like Kevin Owens. The promos between them would be magnificent and perhaps he can help get some more character development out of Owens going into his first Wrestlemania.
