Rumor: Triple H Reportedly Met With Kurt Angle Last Week

Kurt Angle is technically a free agent in the world of wrestling. On paper, that leaves many doors open to him to remain with TNA, move onto new challenges with a new promotion, or even return to WWE.

There is a lot that can be said about the latter, especially considering that there is a rumor going around that Kurt Angle met reportedly met with Triple H last week while both men were in Columbus, Ohio for the Arnold Sports Festival.

Of course, there is no word on what was discussed. We don’t even know if pro wrestling and the potential of Angle returning to WWE was even a topic of conversation.t’s very likely that the subject came up.

However, it’s very likely that the subject came up. Since there is no word on what was said or discussed, the rumor mill is going crazy about whether or not the Olympic Gold Medalist will be returning to WWE.

Angle has been dancing around his “retirement” and is openly admitted that he’s going to take a year off of wrestling at least.

Even if he were to return to WWE, he might not wrestle. TNA offered him a long term contract for a non-wrestling role and WWE could do the same.

Of course, they could also be inducting him into the WWE Hall of Fame. Simply put, we don’t know what the future holds for him.
