Last night at “Money in the Bank,” John Cena faced AJ Styles in the match of a generation that saw two of the top draws in wrestling history go one on one in the squared circle for the first time.
However, it was Styles that was victorious because of interference from The Club’s Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson that cost Cena the win and was the perfect scenario to set up a second match between these men.
However, it’s unclear if we’ll be getting a second match between Cena and Styles. It seems like the most obvious decision to make after “Money in the Bank” last night.
Earlier today, John Cena posted a reactionary tweet after the events of last night and claims that last night’s loss to Styles was only a “setback.”

Cena vs. Styles has all the makings of a trilogy. “Money in the Bank” is in the history book, and it was great. The obvious is to have the rematch at “Battleground” and then the rubber match at “Summerslam.”
That would most likely mean Cena wins at “Battleground,” or Styles could beat Cena in July and then Cena gets the big win at “Summerslam” to cap off the feud. Either way, the feud works very well.
Do you think the Cena vs. Styles feud should continue?
