It was only a few weeks ago that Daniel Bryan publicly announced his retirement from pro wrestling on Monday Night Raw.
Both the WWE and the WWE Universe have been asking for the former leader of the “Yes Movement” to continue to be involved with WWE and the industry in general.
There are several possibilities for Daniel Bryan within WWE, but he’s reportedly not interested in a non-wrestling role, especially if that is going to give him airtime on WWE television.
Apparently, if Bryan Danielson can’t wrestle, he’s not interested in being involved with the industry. That’s a little harsh, but maybe the guy just needs some time to adjust and adapt to his new lifestyle. WWE is giving him a night of his own to make thing a little easier.
On March 25th inside “The World’s Most Famous Arena” Madison Square Garden, Daniel Bryan will be honored during a WWE live event that will be billed as “Daniel Bryan Night.”
Daniel Bryan will be attending the event, which will also feature the following matches:
- Roman Reigns vs. Sheamus (with Triple H)
- Kevin Owens vs. Dean Ambrose (30-minute Iron Man match for the IC title)
- Kalisto vs. Alberto Del Rio (US Title match)
- Big Show vs. Bray Wyatt
- AJ Styles makes his MSG Debut
- There will be appearances by Ric Flair, New Day, Demon Kane and more.
