Earlier this week, the wrestling world lost “The Ninth Wonder of the World.”
The most tragic part of her death isn’t just that she was the young age of forty-five, but it’s been genuinely assumed that her death was due to vices or foul play of some kind.
However, her manager and best friend Anthony Anzaldo recently did an interview with New York Daily News to provide more information about Chyna’s death.
For example, her brain is expected to be donated to Dr. Bennet Omalu to test for concussion issues stemming from her wrestling career. Anzaldo said the following about her donating her brain for concussion research.
“When she died, they called me again and asked, ‘Can we have her brain.’ My hope is that we can do it. I’m in the process of getting the permission to speak on behalf of her family to tell the coroner it’s okay to release it.”
Anzaldo also revealed that he was the one to find Chyna’s body at her Redondo Beach apartment on Wednesday. He walked in to check on her, but claims she was found Chyna in her bed with two prescription bottles in the same room. The bottles were for Ambien and Xanax.
He claims that when he found Chyna, she was just lying in bed peacefully. They are waiting on toxicology results, but he doesn’t believe her death was intentional.
